Healthy Lunch time!! 

Cottage Cheese & Avocado Salad.

I’ve opted for a veggie lunch today and dropped the carbs by not bothering with a wholewheat pitta.

100g cottage cheese.  
1x small Hass Avocado.  Mixed salad leaves, cherry tomatoes, beetroot, green beans, red pepper, cucumber.
